MBDA UK Ltd joined the Reward & Benefits team as a Benefits Coordinator in Stevenage. This newly created role supports the day-to-day operation of employee benefits and helps ensure colleagues feel in control of their rewards.
The position is a fixed-term 18-month contract with hybrid working: 1 day per week on site in Stevenage. Salary is Circa £35,000 to £42,000 depending on experience, with a company bonus up to £2,500 and enhanced pension and healthcare benefits.
Join the Reward & Benefits team as a Benefits Coordinator in this newly created position. You'll join a small team of Reward professionals and support the day to day running of the function. Security Clearance: Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
