Caerphilly County Borough Council is hiring to support residents through Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction. You will deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service across telephone, face-to-face and digital channels.

The role offers £28,608 - £30,023 a year, access to training and development opportunities, and benefits including the Local Government Pension Scheme and flexible/agile working patterns.

Qualifications

• GCSEs A-C or equivalent Level 2 qualifications.
• Experience dealing with members of the public / customers and external organisations.
