Job summary

Lockton People Solutions team is seeking an experienced Benefit Analyst in the SME unit. You will support consultants, help onboard new clients, and assist with benefit reviews and policy implementations.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling, client communication, and collaboration with insurers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring insurance/employee benefits experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or employee benefits environment.
• Strong customer service skills with external contacts.
• Proficient IT skills with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally to ensure processes are followed.
• Liaise with clients, insurers and internal colleagues.
• Support consultants to provide client service per SLAs.
• Ensure compliance and keep Lockton database up to date.
• Assist with process/system changes and renewals preparation.
• Prepare client reports, data sets and presentations.
• Handle client enquiries via telephone and email.
