Job summary

Police Care UK, a national charity based in Woking and operating across the UK, is seeking a Beneficiary Services Project Co-ordinator. You will assess needs, manage financial grant applications, and coordinate multidisciplinary support for beneficiaries seeking ill health retirement assistance.

You’ll work with families, healthcare professionals, and partner charities to deliver timely, compassionate service and ensure positive outcomes for beneficiaries.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable populations and complex casework.
• Experience working remotely and autonomously.
• Welfare benefits knowledge and ability to advise clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred support to beneficiaries seeking financial assistance.
• Conduct holistic assessments and coordinate grant applications across multidisciplinary teams.
• Support ill-health retirement projects and information sessions for beneficiaries.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure governance and safeguarding compliance.
