There is no set location for this individual joining which allows a great opportunity to explore The Evolv Collection dynamic and varied selection of restaurants. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who can innovate and drive our business forward, ensuring exceptional service for our discerning guests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking and a knack for optimizing profits through astute financial management. With a strong focus on quality, in our food, service, and overall guest experience - you'll be working collaboratively with the senior operations team to champion a culture of innovation and inclusivity whilst fostering a collaborative environment to achieve continuous success of the restaurant.
