Job summary
Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a BEMS Commissioning Engineer to join the northern team. You will lead commissioning, fault finding and controls on BEMS projects, with strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
The role offers £50,000-£60,000, company car or allowance, annual bonus, private healthcare for you and family, local travel where possible, BCIA training and strong progression opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' BEMS commissioning experience.
- Experience with Trend, Schneider and/or Sigma is preferred.
- Strong HVAC and controls knowledge.
- BACnet/Modbus/LonWorks protocols experience.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
