Job summary

NoMad is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Bell Person to join our Concierge team in a busy hotel environment. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, and help manage the main entrance, while upholding the brand’s standards of service and professionalism.

Reporting to the Head Concierge and Duty Manager, you will liaise with other teams, promote our values, and provide a genuine, attentive experience for every guest. A 5-day day shift is typical, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial.
• Welcoming guests to the hotel, assisting with luggage, and dealing with last-minute enquiries.
• Provide a genuine, attentive service reflecting NoMad standards.
