Job summary

The NoMad Hotel London is seeking a friendly Bell Person to join our Concierge team. This entry-level front-of-house position reports to the Head Concierge and Duty Manager, assisting with luggage, greeting guests, and supporting the main entrance.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a similar role or strong guest-service skills, and demonstrate a professional, warm attitude that reflects NoMad’s standards. A 5-day day shift is required.

• Experience in a similar role is beneficial.
• Strong customer-service mindset and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests to the hotel, assists with luggage at the main entrance.
• Liaises closely with the concierge team to provide smooth service.
• Delivers genuine, attentive, and friendly guest care reflecting NoMad standards.
• Acts as an ambassador for NoMad and upholds company values.
• Works a 5-day shift schedule during the day.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bell Person to join our Concierge team. This role reports directly to the Head Concierge and Duty Manager, and assists in the running of the hotel.

The successful candidate will promote the desired work culture around our company’s core values.

Main Responsibilities Include

• Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial.
• Welcoming guests to the hotel in assisting with their luggage, manning the main entrance, and dealing with any last minute enquires.
• Liaise closely with the concierge team and help where necessary.
• Provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to all our guests in order to reflect the NoMad standards.
• To be an ambassador for NoMad as well as someone who embodies our values and behaviours.
• 5-day work shift per week during the day
