Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a New Partner Experience Team Lead to oversee a group of agents focused on onboarding new restaurants in Belgium and growing early order volume. Based in Manchester, you’ll report to the Head of New Partner Experience and work on a hybrid basis from the Manchester office.

Key requirements include 2+ years in management, strong customer service or account management experience, and a proactive, target-driven approach. This role blends leadership with hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years management experience.
• Experience in account management or customer service desirable.
• Ability to work to targets and a get up and go attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a team of New Partner Experience Agents.
• Coach the team to develop skills, monitor attendance, and refine onboarding processes for restaurant success.
• Collaborate with other Team Leads and report on performance with action plans to improve results.
• Ensure the team meets goals and maintains effective use of Deliveroo systems for new partnerships.
