Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a New Partner Experience Advisor for the Belgium Market, based in Manchester. You will support Belgian partners in their first 60 days, helping them establish a successful presence on the platform and drive growth through strategic guidance and hands-on collaboration.

Role requires Dutch/Flemish and English fluency, strong communication, and a proactive, target-driven approach. Hybrid work after probation is available with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Linguistic proficiency in Dutch/Flemish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills with ability to lead outbound calls.
• Proven ability to work toward demanding targets while maintaining quality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary relationship lead for newly signed Belgium restaurants during first 60 days.
• Educate partners on menu differentiation and use of advertising tools to drive orders.
• Bridge between restaurant partners and internal teams to ensure a world-class storefront.
• Make high-quality outbound calls to resolve issues and build long-term engagement.
• Maintain meticulous administrative records and meet daily targets and standards.
