Job summary

Sanderson is seeking several Behavioural Transformation Coaches to support early-stage transformation in London. Roles are 2-3 days on site, with a daily rate of £550–£600 inside IR35, for an initial 3 months with strong scope to extend.

The work sits at the intersection of behavioural coaching, organisational change and early-stage delivery maturity, coaching senior stakeholders and teams to adopt new mindsets, ways of working and lightweight delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Strong coaching background with proven experience in behavioural change and leadership coaching.
• Experience coaching senior stakeholders and teams on mindset and ways of working.
• ICF/EMCC/AC or equivalent coaching certifications; comfortable with hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support early-stage transformation environments not yet Agile mature.
• Drive behavioural and cultural change before process adoption.
• Coach leadership across delivery teams in behavioural change.
• Enable teams to function effectively with lighter central delivery roles.
