B2e Consulting is delivering agile coaching on a large public sector transformation in the UK. The role focuses on embedding agile ways of working, strengthening delivery capability across key client roles and programme teams.

Hybrid working with 1–2 days on site in Seaham, Co Durham, Inside IR35 contract for 4 months starting 2 November 2026. Experience with technical and data delivery programmes is essential.

Formación

• Proven experience in agile delivery coaching and capability development.
• Experience embedding agile ways of working within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Demonstrable experience working on technical and data delivery programmes.
• Experience engaging with and coaching programme teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Assess existing agile delivery practices and identify areas for improvement.
• Coach programme teams and key client roles in applying agile ways of working.
• Embed and strengthen agile practices across the transformation programme.
• Support the development of internal agile delivery capability.
• Provide practical guidance to improve the application of agile approaches within technical and data programme environments.
