Job summary

Academics is seeking a motivated Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Reading school as soon as possible. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural needs, helping them engage with learning and develop positive behaviours.

The role requires patience, resilience and the ability to work alongside teachers and SEN staff to implement individual strategies. Salary is paid daily at £90–£105 depending on experience.
