A nurturing and inclusive Specialist School in Greenwich is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with pupils who may experience SEMH needs, challenging behaviour, emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, or other barriers to learning.
As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will provide a combination of classroom, 1:1, and small group support, helping pupils to develop the skills and confidence needed to engage positively with education.

If you have experience working with children or young people, particularly within education, SEN, youth work, sports, care, or behavioural support, we would love to hear from you. Previous experience supporting pupils with SEMH or behavioural needs is desirable, but patience, resilience, consistency, and a genuine passion for helping young people are equally important for this Behaviour Teaching Assistant position.
