Academics is seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant in Westminster to support pupils with behavioural, emotional, social, or additional learning needs. The role involves 1:1 and small group work to help pupils develop positive behaviours and strategies, under supervision of teachers and SEN staff.

The ideal candidate will be calm, patient, and resilient, with commitment to helping pupils reach their potential and progress within education or related fields. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, young people, behaviour, SEN, youth work, sports coaching or care would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils with behavioural needs.
• Calm, patient, resilient and committed to supporting pupil development.

Responsabilités

Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Location: Westminster

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £100 - £120 per day
