Job summary

Academics is seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant in Westminster to support pupils with behavioural, emotional, social, or additional learning needs. The role involves 1:1 and small group work to help pupils develop positive behaviours and strategies, under supervision of teachers and SEN staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, young people, behaviour, SEN, youth work, sports coaching or care would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils with behavioural needs.
• Calm, patient, resilient and committed to supporting pupil development.

Responsibilities

Pay: £100 - £120 per day
