Teaching Assistant (Complex Needs) – M19

Are you passionate about helping children thrive, even when the journey is a bit more challenging? If you have at least a year’s experience in a primary school and the patience and positivity to support children with complex needs, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:
You’ll work closely with teachers and support staff, building strong relationships with students who need that extra bit of care and understanding. Your role will include one-to-one support, small group work, and creative approaches to managing behaviour, all aimed at making a real difference in young lives.
