Teaching Assistant (Complex Needs) – M19

About the Role:
You’ll work closely with teachers and support staff, building strong relationships with students who need that extra bit of care and understanding. Your role will include one-to-one support, small group work, and creative approaches to managing behaviour, all aimed at making a real difference in young lives.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of primary school experience.
Strong behaviour management skills.
A calm, empathetic approach to working with children.
Willingness to transition onto a permanent school contract.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
