We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Worker (BSW) to work with children with various Special Educational Needs (SEN), including SEMH, ASD, and ADHD. This role involves assisting children with their behaviour and helping them develop life skills. It includes outdoor activities and is not strictly classroom-based.
You don’t necessarily need school-based experience; sports graduates, sports coaches, youth workers, and care workers are also encouraged to apply. We seek passionate individuals with a desire to support children with challenging behaviour, possibly affected by early life trauma.
