GSL Education are currently seeking a committed and proactive Behaviour Support Worker to work in schools across Ringwood. In this vital role, you will provide targeted support to students with behavioural needs, helping to create a calm, inclusive, and safe learning environment where all pupils feel valued and understood.
As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work one-to-one or in small groups with students who may be struggling with social, emotional or behavioural difficulties. Your role will involve building trusting relationships, implementing behaviour strategies, and encouraging positive choices and personal growth. You will be part of a wider support team, working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.
