Milk Education are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant - Behaviour Specialist to support pupils who may display challenging or complex behaviours within a school environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting children and young people who have behavioural needs, SEMH, additional needs or who may struggle to engage positively with education.
We're looking for someone who is calm, patient, resilient and confident managing challenging situations, with the ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils. Experience within education, care, youth work, residential settings or similar environments would be highly transferable.
