An outstanding Ofsted-rated primary school in Oxford is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join in September. The role involves supporting a Year 3 child with an EHCP, SEMH needs, and some physical and cognitive delays. The school values enthusiasm and a passion for working with children with SEN/Autism, and requires someone with excellent behaviour management skills.
This is a long-term, full-time position requiring full commitment. Previous experience with SEN in a school setting is preferred. Patience and the ability to work closely with the SENCO are essential, with support and guidance provided by the school.
