• Experience supporting children with behavioural or emotional needs.
• Experience in school, childcare, youth work or related settings is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and ability to build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils requiring behavioural support.
• Support emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and engagement in learning.
• Help pupils develop social and emotional skills and participate in class activities.
• Maintain calm, inclusive classroom environment and monitor pupil progress.
