Qualifications

• Experience supporting children and young people with challenging behaviour, SEMH or behavioural needs.
• Appropriate qualifications and training for this role are required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with pupils.
• Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support.
• Help pupils develop coping and regulation strategies.
• Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams.
• Support pupils to access education successfully.
