Tradewind Education Agency seeks a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to work in a friendly primary school in Bristol. The role involves supporting students with challenging behaviour, 1:1 SEN support, and implementing classroom strategies. You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Proven experience dealing with challenging behaviour in a school setting.
• Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
• Availability for full-time work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–3:30 pm.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualised support to students displaying challenging behaviour and help them manage emotions.
• Implement behaviour management strategies and promote self-regulation.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and monitor behaviour support plans.
