Charnwood College is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join our secondary school and help students overcome barriers to learning. You will work with pupils, teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour and pastoral strategies, supporting wellbeing and engagement.

This permanent, term-time post (37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year) offers a supportive environment within the David Ross Education Trust where professional development and safeguarding are priorities.
