Sandwich Infant is seeking a Behaviour Support Coordinator to operationalise the Academy’s Behaviour Policy and systems.
The role focuses on promoting positive attendance, behaviour and progress to help students Belong and Achieve, in close partnership with SLT, Heads of Year and wellbeing teams to monitor engagement in lessons.
We are pleased to introduce a new role, Behaviour Support Coordinator, responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day implementation of the Academy’s Behaviour Policy and systems.
The role promotes and enforces standards around attendance, behaviour and progress so that each student can Belong and Achieve. The successful candidate will work directly with SLT, Heads of Year, Safeguarding, Attendance, Wellbeing Teams and Pastoral Support Assistants to monitor and improve student engagement and involvement in lessons.
You will be a role model of the Victory Virtues and Values for staff and students, promoting positive values, attitudes and good student behaviour, including addressing students whose behaviour does not meet the expectations within the Behaviour Policy.
