A specialist provision in Southend is on the lookout for a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to work with students aged 11-16 who have SEMH and complex needs.

What we’re looking for:
Confident in de-escalation strategies & managing challenging behaviours
Ability to build strong relationships with students
Empathetic, resilient & understanding of SEND/SEMH needs
Experience in outdoor activities, sports, creative arts, or food tech is a huge plus!

Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM, Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
