A specialist provision in Colchester is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to work with students with SEMH and complex needs.

What we’re looking for:
Confident in de-escalation strategies and managing challenging behaviours
Ability to build strong relationships with students
Empathetic, resilient, and understanding of SEND/SEMH needs
Experience in outdoor activities, sports, creative arts, or food tech is a plus!
Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM, Monday to Friday

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanency later.
