Behaviour Support Assistant - Education and Training - Milton Keynes
The role offers valuable experience working with vulnerable students, aiming to increase their engagement, attainment, and life chances, with the goal of preventing entry into the criminal justice system.
You will collaborate with teachers and specialist staff to support students with special educational needs (SEN) and various social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges and traumas. Many face barriers that increase their risk of negative outcomes.
