We’re on the lookout for a caring, energetic, and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our pupils.

In this role, you’ll provide support in the classroom, in small groups, and on a 1:1 basis—using your behaviour management skills to help pupils build confidence, regulate their emotions, and engage with their learning in meaningful ways.

Many of our pupils have Education health care Plans (EHCPs) and may have Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and/or associated conditions such as Autism or ADHD.
