Learning Support Assistant - Primary School - Chesham
Full-time or part-time | Long-term with potential for permanent | Start date: September 2025
From £95 per day | Term-time only

A lovely and ambitious primary school in Chesham is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join their caring and inclusive team from September 2025. This vacancy has arisen due to the promotion of a current staff member, reflecting the school's commitment to professional growth and internal development.

The Role:
You will work closely with classroom teachers and the wider pastoral and SEN team to provide tailored support for children across Key Stage 2. Your focus will be on promoting positive learning behaviours, delivering individualised support where needed, and fostering a nurturing environment where all pupils feel seen, heard, and valued.
