Larches High School is a Secondary Alternative Provision school which provides full time education for up to 125 pupils who are not able to access mainstream education.
We have an inclusive philosophy and believe passionately in ensuring that all pupils are given the opportunities, skills, knowledge and qualifications to ensure that they are able to reintegrate back into mainstream education or on to specialist provision, further education employment or training.

The Governors of Larches High School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and dedicated individual to join the school as a Behaviour & Pupil Support Worker, who will contribute to the development of a whole school approach to behaviour.
They will work closely with the Pupil Support Manager to deliver and develop strategies to improve the behaviour of pupils.
