Job summary

Droylsden Academy in Ashton-under-Lyne is seeking a Navigation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the internal seclusion provision, supervise students and ensure consistent behaviour management in line with academy policies.

You will build positive relationships, apply restorative approaches and support pupils to reflect on their choices, develop resilience and take responsibility for their progress while upholding The Droylsden Way.

Qualifications

• Experience in school behaviour management.
• Ability to implement restorative approaches with students.
• Strong communication and liaison with staff, students and families.

Responsibilities
