Job summary

Northfleet School for Girls seeks a Duty Manager to support duty management and work closely with Pastoral staff on behaviour concerns in class and around the school. You will work with students and families to address day-to-day behaviours.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in schools or with young people, strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills, excellent communication, emotional resilience and the ability to build positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role in schools or working with young people.
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent communication and resilience with the ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support duty management system oversight within the school.
• Work closely with Pastoral staff to address behaviour concerns.
• Engage with students and families regarding day-to-day behaviours.
• Contribute to safeguarding and a positive school culture.
