Connex Education are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor/Youth Worker to join a specialist school in Wolverhampton. You will support students with SEMH and SEN, helping them to grow academically and emotionally, and provide positive guidance throughout the day.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday, with an ASAP or September start. You will build trustful relationships, deliver 1:1 and small group support, and help pupils develop social, emotional and life skills.

Connex Education are currently working with a specialist school with vulnerable children who are looking for individuals to join their school setting and help their students improve and grow both academically but also socially and emotionally giving them the correct guidance the students need.
This is an extremely rewarding role and is great for individuals with backgrounds in the police force working with young offenders, behaviour mentors, youth councillors and those with military backgrounds.
