Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency are recruiting a confident and experienced Year 6 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with behavioural needs at a Willesden Green primary school in North West London. This is a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP, paid PAYE.

You will provide 1:1 support in lessons and throughout the day, use behaviour strategies to boost engagement, help the pupil manage emotions and access learning, and work closely with the class teacher and SENCO.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting primary-aged children with challenging behaviour.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Patient, resilient and consistent approach.
• Ability to build trust while maintaining firm, fair boundaries.
• Previous 1:1 or SEMH experience is desirable.

Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

Salary: £90-£110 per day, PAYE

SANZA Teaching Agency are delighted to recruit a confident and experienced Teaching Assistant to support a Year 6 pupil on a 1:1 basis at a primary school in Willesden Green.

The Role

• Provide 1:1 support in lessons and throughout the school day.

• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO.
