Job summary

Saint Benedict Catholic Voluntary Academy is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our pastoral team in Derby. You will support students to overcome barriers to learning, develop positive behaviours and build confidence to succeed academically and personally.

You will work closely with students, families, teachers and external agencies to navigate challenges, build emotional resilience and help students make positive choices for their futures.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning.
• Ability to engage with families and external agencies to aid student progress.
• Commitment to safeguarding and creating an inclusive environment for all students.

Responsibilities

• Support students in lessons and social spaces.
• Mentor individuals and provide targeted interventions.
