Saint Benedict Catholic Voluntary Academy in Derby is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our pastoral team. You will support students to overcome barriers to learning, foster positive behaviours and help them build confidence to thrive academically and personally.

Working closely with families, teachers and external agencies, you will mentor individuals, run targeted interventions and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment where every student can flourish.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students to overcome barriers to learning.
• Ability to foster positive behaviours and resilience in young people.
• Commitment to safeguarding and working within a Catholic education trust.

Responsabilités

• Support students in lessons and social spaces to promote inclusive learning.
• Provide targeted interventions and mentoring for at-risk students.
• Collaborate with families, teachers and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.
