Job summary

Teach360 is partnering with a mainstream secondary school in Hounslow to recruit an experienced Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor). You will support students with behavioural and pastoral needs, delivering 1:1 and in-class guidance to promote positive outcomes.

Asap start preferred, you should have strong behaviour management skills; Team Teach training is desirable. The role offers a long-term contract for a committed professional.

Qualifications

• Experience with young people, ideally in a school setting.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Team Teach/Physical Intervention Training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, in-class and outside-class support to students.
• Work with students with challenging behaviour to build rapport and trust.
• Collaborate with the behavioural team to support student outcomes.
