Job summary

Teach360 is recruiting a Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) for a mainstream secondary school in the Ealing Borough. The role involves 1:1, in-class and out-of-class support for students, focusing on behaviour and pastoral care to help pupils from diverse backgrounds.

You will work with students with challenging behaviour and possess strong rapport-building skills. Ideally, you hold Team Teach or physical intervention training and have experience in school settings. Immediate start available.
