Long Term Futures is recruiting a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a secondary school in Haringey, North London. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone with previous behaviour mentoring or relevant school experience who is confident supporting young people with behavioural challenges, emotional regulation and positive engagement in education.

You will deliver targeted 1:1 mentoring, small-group interventions and classroom behaviour support, working closely with teachers and pastoral

Qualifications

• Experience in behaviour mentoring or school-based support.
• Able to support pupils with behavioural, social or emotional needs.
• Willingness to complete safeguarding checks and DBS.

Responsabilités

• Provide consistent 1:1 behaviour mentoring to pupils.
• Deliver small-group interventions on social skills and behaviour.
• Support teachers with classroom behaviour management.
• Identify barriers to learning and implement support strategies.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Promote pupil wellbeing and follow safeguarding procedures.
