Job summary

Teach360 is recruiting a Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) for a mainstream secondary school in Ealing, with an ASAP start and a daily rate of 115–120 GBP. You will deliver behavioural and pastoral support, working 1:1, in-class and around the school to help students from varied backgrounds.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience with young people, strong behaviour management, and desirable Team Teach/Physical Intervention training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with young people.
• Experience in schools is preferred.
• Strong behaviour management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and in-class support to students.
• Support students with challenging behaviour.
• Help build rapport with students and maintain a supportive environment.
