Job summary

Edex is seeking a proactive Behaviour Mentor in Westminster to support pupils with behavioural and engagement needs in a mainstream secondary setting. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, working closely with teachers and the wider school team, and contribute to a positive classroom culture.

The role requires a graduate with genuine interest in supporting young people, resilience in managing challenging behaviour, and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in working with young people and supporting positive behaviour.
• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Resilient and confident when managing challenging behaviour.
• Able to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
