Job summary

St Cuthbert Mayne School in Torquay is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support pupils and uphold high behavioural expectations. You will monitor the school’s behaviour activity feed, liaise with the Behaviour Team Lead, and support students who have been removed from lessons to re-engage with their learning.

The role emphasises creating a calm, purposeful learning environment in the Behaviour Centre to promote positive progress.
