Job summary

REESON Education is seeking a committed Behaviour Mentor to join our supportive team in St Helens with an immediate start. You will provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils manage behaviour and build confidence, while delivering tailored strategies to boost engagement and learning.

You will work closely with teachers, parents and external professionals to ensure consistent support, track progress and reinforce achievements, and act as a positive role model promoting resilience,

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN or additional needs.
• Strong behaviour management skills with a calm and consistent approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A patient, adaptable, and supportive attitude.

Are you experienced in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and looking for a rewarding new opportunity? We are currently recruiting a committed Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive team in St Helens. This is an immediate start position.

Your Role

What We're Looking For
