Job summary

Reeson Education seeks a dedicated Behaviour Mentor in Bolton to support pupils with SEN, promoting positive behaviours and confidence. This role requires a full UK driving licence and will involve one-to-one and small group work in school settings.

The successful candidate will collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies, monitor progress, and act as a role model to foster resilience and independence among students. Immediate start with ongoing training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEN or additional needs.
• Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
