Behaviour Mentor Start Date: ASAP Location: Hackney Full-time Salary: £108-£120 per day

About the role and school

Teach Plus are working with a welcoming primary school in Hackney that is looking to appoint a proactive and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join its team as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or a candidate with a relevant childcare qualification who is passionate about supporting children's behaviour, emotional wellbeing and engagement with education.

The successful candidate will help pupils develop positive relationships, manage challenging situations and build the confidence and skills needed to access learning.You will work closely with teaching staff to provide consistent pastoral support, encourage positive choices and help create a calm, inclusive school environment.

The year group is to be confirmed, making this a great opportunity for someone adaptable who can respond to the needs of different pupils.
