KPI Recruiting Ltd in London’s Wandsworth area is seeking a high-calibre Behaviour Mentor to support students in Key Stages 3 and 4. You will work within a leading secondary school’s pastoral and academic support team to help pupils overcome barriers and raise attainment.

• Monitoring attendance, punctuality, behaviour, and academic progress.
• Acting as a positive role model and mentor for students.
• Supporting students' social, emotional, and personal development.
• Delivering targeted academic interventions to improve attainment in Mathematics, English, and Science.

The Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional behavioural, pastoral, and academic intervention.
