Qualifications

• At least 1 year's experience working with young people with challenging behaviour.
• Previous relevant employment such as youth worker or behaviour specialist.

Responsibilities

• Support students aged 11-16 with ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour.
• Work alongside class teachers to improve student behaviour.

Skills
