The role - Behaviour Mentor - Ealing
The role of the Behaviour Mentor is exciting and rewarding, involving supervising, mentoring, and supporting students with challenging behaviours. You will work 1:1 or in small groups with students identified as having challenging behaviour. It is essential to have experience working closely with these students. In addition to classroom work, Behaviour Mentors also support interventions tailored to the specific needs of students. Your role includes monitoring behaviour, tracking progress, and liaising with other members of the behavioural team and class teachers. Behaviour Mentors are the first point of contact for identified students.
