Behaviour Mentor - Enfield - January 2025 - £100-£120 a day (depending on experience)

About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Enfield

  • Assist students in classrooms
  • Work alongside other staff members such as Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, and Pastoral Support Workers
  • Deliver 1:1 direct interventions and support within the classroom
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and other staff to provide the best learning environment for students
  • Monitor and evaluate pupils' responses regarding their learning and intervention activities through observation
  • Promote inclusion of all pupils within the classroom
